OE/GI MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT NO LONGER REQUIRES A PHONE VERIFICATION (PV) IN EXPRESS APP

Submit all your Open Enrollment (OE) and Guaranteed Issue (GI) Medicare Supplement business in EXPRESS APP and save your customers a phone call! In EXPRESS APP, there is a convenient applicant verification section that verifies the applicant's acknowledgement and consent through a question and answer pair and four-digit PIN chosen by your applicant.

Th applicant verification replaces the need for a PV and eliminates the common incomplete PV RFI (Request for Information) delay. Check out our PV flyer for more information. Our PV availability and requirements are outlined below.

COMBO SALES

A combo sale in EXPRESS APP for OE/GI Med Supp and Whole Life still requires a PV to be completed for Whole Life. However, if your applicant is applying for both a supplemental health product, insured by Loyal American Life Insurance Company, and Med Supp policy in EXPRESS APP, a PV will not be required.

PAPER APPS WITH NO SIGNATURE

A PV must be completed for faxed or mailed phone sale OE/GI applications. The PV can be completed 24/7 at 866.825.4822. To speak with a live associate, customers can call Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
