To use the ads below, you must follow these instructions:

1. Choose the ad(s) you would like to use from the selection below.

	Save the fillable postcard, flyer, print ad or email.
	To customize an email, upload the HTML file to your email for the client or copy and paste the HTML code into an editor.

2. Customize your ad by including the following information.

	Agent name/Agency name
	Address
	Phone
	Email Address

No other information is permitted.

3. Provide your finished piece to your email vendor or printer. (Be sure to send the HTML link of the email to your email vendor.)

No other alterations to the ad, copy or design are permitted. If you wish to make changes, you can submit your desired request to us at CSBFieldComm@Cigna.com. All proposed ads must allow 7–10 business days for company review. Additional time for state approval will vary.

All ads are good for six months from the date you receive them and can only be used in the states specified. Any use after the six-month time period or in additional states must be reapproved by the home office. Requests for continued use of the ad or any other requests can be forwarded to CSBFieldComm@Cigna.com.
